Refund Policy

We aim to handle refunds fairly and transparently while protecting against abuse and completed digital delivery.
Physical goods
Unless a product page states otherwise, eligible physical goods may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was shipped
- the item is defective on arrival
- a different rule applies under mandatory consumer law
Digital goods
Digital products are generally non-returnable once access, download, license issuance, or other delivery has started, except where required by law or where the product is defective, materially not as described, or inaccessible due to our fault.
EU consumer note
For consumers in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible physical-goods purchases within 14 days. For digital content, the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, where legally permitted.
Order cancellation
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment starts. Once procurement, shipment, or digital delivery has begun, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to deductions reflecting actual costs already incurred.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
How to request a refund
Email support@anyshop.talkape.net with your order number and reason for the request. Include photos where relevant for damaged or defective items.
